Shipping Policy

We ship every order in insulated cold-chain packaging to preserve compound integrity. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times

• UAE: next-day delivery.
• GCC (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 2–5 business days.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched.

Customs and duties

For destinations outside the UAE, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Failed deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the order will be held at the local depot. If it is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
